Pickup, wash/dry/fold, and drop off of your laundry has some specific requirements and limitations. But call if you have questions or custom needs. Truck Stop pickup/drop off in Oak Grove and Bates City is available for free. In general, for pickup, your laundry must be bagged and waiting, outside and accessible, so we can pick it up on a route or on an appointed time/date. We will drop it off in similar fashion when complete, usually within 24-48 hours. In cases where COVID is a concern, we may opt to hold the laundry for 24-48 hours before processing and returning it, but will communicate that with you as well.
